The only hand gun you may never need.
The only hand gun you may never need.
I understand that in the firearms business, the designers have to get creative to sell a new handgun. Design one to look like a 1950s version of a childs toy "space pistol" and make it fire two shots at once, and somebody will have to have it. Well here is the final answer in firearm design, now maybe they can go back to making Model 10s.....;)

I like the idea of having 2 rounds .22 magnum X4 shots in a conceal carry., but why the hell make it look like that ? What were they smokin
Maybe if they would put a normal trigger w/ guard on it. That one looks like it would hang going into your pocket and blow your knee cap off. Their claim is to be the safest carry gun on the market.

Re: The only hand gun you may never need.
Carry that shit in your pocket and there will be one shot for each nut.
Handguns? S&W K or N frame covers wheelguns, 1911 covers pretty much everything. If skills are lacking then I can see the need for the plastic space pistols with huge capacity magazines, spraying and praying can sometimes yield results. When asked I tell people I would feel well armed with my Kentucky style Pedersoli flint pistol. That always gets a response, they think I am joking. I explain slowly, and using simple words for the mentally challenged, that I know how to use my flinters, comes from something called practice. I am going to take your head off with that one shot, then loot all of your shit, and trade it for a 1911 assuming somehow I don't have one already by that point in whatever the conflict is. It's not numbers of rounds fired that counts, it's what the fuck you do with them that matters. Guns are just tools, it's up to the operator to learn how to use them properly.

Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

A gun is only as accurate as the person behind it is. Give a so-so shooter an expensive and highly accurate gun and they'll miss you. Give an expert shot a shitty gun and they'll kill you with it. At least that is what our CATM Instructors (Combat Arms Training and Maintenance) would tell us.Junk Yard Dog wrote: ↑Sat Sep 19, 2020 1:21 pm Carry that shit in your pocket and there will be one shot for each nut.

Trapshooters express it as "it's not the arrow, it's the Indian."
I can pick up any gun in the rack at the Trap club and shoot a 20 with it. (Except my own gun some nights....)
I did shoot only a 17 with my Ithaca last Thrusday, but it has an 18" Cylinder bore barrel....

A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an
invasion, butcher a hog, design a building, conn a ship, write a
sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the
dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve an
equation, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a
computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly.

I don't want a "safe" gun, I want one that is dangerous. That is why I like a 1911.steelbuttplate wrote: ↑Sat Sep 19, 2020 12:18 pm I like the idea of having 2 rounds .22 magnum X4 shots in a conceal carry., but why the hell make it look like that ? You don't go wrong carrying anything John Browning designed.

I handled one of these revolvers in a gun shop yesterday. It may even be worse than it looks. Trigger pull must have been at least 12 pounds.

It looks more like a hose spray nozzle than a gun. Don't fear the gun-fear the user. Remember that a good shooter with a "so so" military surplus rifle bagged JFK.
