Interarms akms 47

Post by Inkedforlife76 »

Hello. Picked up an under folder built with Hungarian parts kit. Barrel is a military barrel with various markings on underside.

I know interarms built some using U.S. made barrels on U.S. receivers and they had the Texas marked trigger group.

This one has a g2 trigger group and a military barrel. Others I've seen have the interarms stamped on right side front of receiver. This ones underneath forward of magwell and dot penciled.

It has the Gun Kote over park finish as well. Curious if anyone knows if interarms made up ones earlier using surplus barrels and g2 trigger groups and later switched to the american made barrels and Texas marked triggers.

It's a very nice shooting AKM and the sights are straight as an arrow.
