Good morning all
Having spent the last few months reading up and trying to learn about the PU sniper rifle I am happy to report that I have been able to tell two dealers face to face that the snipers they are trying to sell are Mickey Mouse ones and not original as they are advertising. Not that its done any good they are still on sale but it made me feel good knowing I was able to impart my knowledge onto them.
The reason for this post is that having swatted up on the PU sniper I have not got a Scooby Doo on how to identify fake PE and PEM snipers. Information on these is limited to say the least (or else I am just not looking in the right places). I would be greatful for any information on how to identify real or fake ones so that in a few months I can impart my knowledge onto the dealers that are selling these types.

I don't know if I would impart any wisdom on the sellers. It is up to them to know what they have, and up to you to know what you are buying. Giving them knowledge will raise the price in the deal, or enable them to cobble together better fakes.

What he said. Most of the time it's a good chance they already know it's a fake. I wouldn't say a word. If you see an unsuspecting buyer I would just wait until he looks at you and shake your head "no" that's the best good you can do. Otherwise let it be. They won't lower the price just act surprised and say thank you.
