Roy here from Kentucky. Too many guns to list as I forget what is in the cabinet. My son has them all except the one I keep on hand.

Hi,
My name is Will, and I have been collecting (accumulating?) military surplus rifles since about 2012. The M1 Garand was my first (through the CMP), with a 1943 Mosin Nagant 91/30 following close behind. Since then, I have also gotten into the Schmidt-Rubin family of rifles, a Mauser or two, and recently returned a hideously-sporterized 1903 Springfield to its military dress (as best I could).
I am now the steward of three 91/30s (the 1943, a 1928 ex-Dragoon, and a 1925-barreled ex-Dragoon built on a 1914 Izhevsk receiver) and I look forward to learning more about these rifles from others on the forum.
It's a pleasure to be here! Have a great day, everyone.
Will

Hi everyone,
I'm Paolo and I write from Italy. I currently own an 1944 Izhevsk PU Sniper for 18 years and I would like to have your analysis.
I'm curious to know if it's real refurbishment sniper or not (60s).
The rifle arrived in Italy in the 90s. I will publish in the sniper section. I won several races with this weapon.
Kind Regards
Paolo

Hi everyone,
I’m Andrew, and I’ve been collecting military surplus firearms and accessories since 2013. My first surplus firearm was a Russian SKS, with a 1938 91/30 following right behind.
I’ve since become much more involved in the collecting world, with my collection containing items from pre- WW1 to the 1990’s. Within my collection, there presently resides 3 91/30s, as well as 2 M44s.
I’m hoping to learn lots here and to enjoy being a part of the community that these forums have created. Thanks for having me.
