Have any of you guys heard of these? At this price it is almost like "shut up and take my money".

Made under a variety of names.

But don't kid yourself, some are junk but others are top notch quality..

My Canuck Defender is a Turkish made gun and I'm very happy with it.. Let me hunt up a pic...

That looks like the same gun. I may go look at these after Christmas.

I bought one of the IAC Hawk 12 gauge pumps, it's an 870 clone. I've run everything from 1 ounce slugs to #8 through it without a problem one, it's my go-to for clearing out the copperheads every summer.

This gun shop is only like 30 miles away. I am gonna go look at them in person after the holidays.

When I need a cheap shotgun I just go look for a used gun, lost count of how many mossbergs I picked up for under a buck fifty.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

I own the early version of this shotgun. Great shotgun. Only complaint is it is heavy as hell.

But works and functions great. It sits by my bed.

I think my mossberg is my favorite. There are more friggin used pump shotguns in this country than there are people. 4110 12 ga. pumps on GB right now.

Around here if you want to hunt anything it's with a shotgun, or black powder firearm of some sort. Guy buys a new shotgun, finds out hunting is actually real work when you do it right, then the shotgun end up in the closet for ten years gathering dust before being put out at the tag sale.

Yeah, the weight is my only beef with it. Remington bought out H&R & these are very similar to the 870. Just a heavy SOB. You could always use it as a club!
