1951 Tula
Just thought I'd share my 1951 Tula that I picked up a few years ago. This is my first and only SKS (so far). I wanted my first SKS to be a Russian and it took many years to find one and one in a condition that was decent. This one is in great shape! Previous owner fired it once and stored it for many years. He only sold it because he found another from his birth year (1954).

Nice one, mine is 1950 Tula.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

Good looking SKS. The stock looks nearly identical to my 1950 Tula.

I have four different SKS's, no Russian..yet. They weren't making them in the year I was born.
