Well lookee what the mailman (woman lol) delivered this morning.

An Asena ZR7-RC 12 guage semi auto shotgun. It's made in Turkey and I got a sweet deal on it.

3 inch chamber

3 screw in choke tubes
beautiful walnut stock
5 round capacity

I haven't shot it yet but maybe tomorrow.

In Canada can you get a firearm sent directly to you home or does it have to go to a licensee of some kind first?

From dealer directly to your door.
Canada Post delivered this one but sometimes dealers will use couriers but it will come straight to your door.

Took it out to the range and a box of birdshot went pew pew pew without a hitch.

A box of 3 inch magnum steel loads went pew pew pew oops failure to properly load.Shell was half way into the chamber but the bolt needed a little push forward to close er up..
This happened twice out of a box of shells. It was a box of cheap Challenger shot shells.
I'll try a different brand next time but I must say gun felt good in my hands.
