My NJ Legal Saiga Conversions

Post by capt14k »

About two years ago I converted my Saiga 7.62x39 to look like an East German MPi-KM. Yesterday I finally got around to converting my Saiga 5.45 to look like a Russian AK-74. Haven't fired the AK-74 clone yet, but if it is anything like the MPi-KM clone I will be quite happy. I installed the bolt hold open in both of them, changed the FCG in both, and have American Made Magazines for both, thus making them 922(r) compliant.

As an escapee form the North East I thought to be legal the barrel had to be turned 180 degrees to face the shooter. Just kidding, nice job.
