Added another one to the collection (M44)

Post by Robert4 »

Well I wasn't really planning on buying another one so soon (I found an M91 the other day and snatched it up, here's the link to that....viewtopic.php?p=376750#p376750). Anyway i was browsing a local gun shop and saw this nice M44 so I started looking at it and noticed the price tag, $200! I practically stole it compared to what I've seem them go for lately, all number match, bluing is great, bore is great and stock is overall pretty good with some dings and scratches. I'm pretty happy with it.

Nice carbine and a nice price to boot. $250/$300 seems to the new norm for these.

That's another nice addition. I know you stated in another post that you have other milsurps. We have a section to post them too. We even have a few of us that like to reload ammo and shoot black powder arms.

$200 is a good price. I don't need one but would have jumped at it for that price.
