Man those are some nice looking evergreens you got. I realized my cam was set a bit too high so I lowered it a bit in its new location. It should pick up a lot of coming and going as its set up right by a heavily traveled deer trail leading to some bed down areas.

Don't know if you can see too good but there's a young 4 point in the velvet at the other end of my scope right now. Been watching him about 5 minutes. Image

Hello, Hell Sonny, That's one fine shooting alley you have there... Heck is that the northern boundry? I don't see any power lines.
Heck, meat market you've got yourself a fine spot also... acorns and all, for the deer and pigs. All it's missing is the water fountain.

Yep it's a real deer haven. I just saw two more young bucks pass by a while ago. My neighbors grandson actually just shot that little one pictures above on the other side of my property lol. Oh well, won't be seeing him again.

From what I've seen you should be fine, most hunters will appreciate and respect what you are doing and leave the camera alone. Most non-hunters won't even see it.

Holy smokes I just retrieved my trail camera and it took 882 pictures in just over a week. Most were of doe's and fawns and I won't bore you with them but I did get a couple of meat bucks. Also got a cow moose and a bull a few days later. The big surprize is how many hunters I got and they didn't even know my cam was there..lol
Good thing or I might have had it stolen.Anyway here's a few pics and I hope you enjoy them..

In no particular order...

Looks like some good shooters out there. Have you hunted that spot yet?

Rifle season for deer and elk opened up on sept.19th and moose on the 24th but I was out of town until yesterday so no I haven't yet.
My cow moose tag is not valid here in this zone but we have a pretty good spot picked out.Junior is coming up from Calgary tomorrow and on Wednesday we will set up camp and then the next morning it will be open season.
