Solved the Mojo sight issue on a VZ-2008
I put a Mojo sight on my VZ-2008 (the Century special with the canted front sight). It did not work. It sat high in the back (towards the shooter) and wouldn't seat. I searched several other forums and saw the same problem. Since it was my day today I decided to take it out and compare to the old sight. The Mojo sight is just a hair longer in front of the lugs and it was catching on the edge of a groove in the sight base. So with some careful filing and refitting (it is easy to try out without the spring) I got it to work. It sits in tight and the back is down on the sight base as it should. Can't wait to get a range test.

Cool deal!
Do you have a link to the fix you found? It may come in handy for others with canted front sight issues.

The canted front sight was not a real problem. If I moved it all the way to the left it worked. It was the rear sight that I wanted to change from a ramp to an aperture. The Mojo sight didn't fit right. Some filing made it fit. One nice thing about the Mojo sight is it is adjustable for windage so I can split the difference between the front sight and the rear sight to make up for the canted front sight.
