Hmmm, I'd like to know too. They are making a lot of interesting guns these days in 22 to look like the real thing. GSG being one of the ones making some cool stuff.

I have one. It is not great. The sights are plastic, the magazines are plastic and you need to be very gentle when seating them because it is easy to get then in too far. The blowback action is very picky about what ammo will cycle it and even with high-end ammo, I get a failure to feed at least once every mag.
I had to spend way too long getting it zeroed, but it will hold a tight group - until you bump the sights that is. It has a dovetail for a scope which would take of that problem, but I'm an iron sights kinda guy.
All that being said, I picked it up cheap and it looks nice and the stock is real wood, which appeals to me. I shoot it a lot just because it looks cool and the ammo is still cheaper than the other stuff I shoot. One thing to take note of - the slot cut in the stock for the oiler is too small to fit the sling around. If you want to dress it up with a sling, you would have to open up the hole or substitute a smaller dowel for the oiler.

I bought a new one a couple of years ago and have never fired it - yet. Neat looking, but might be a bit fragile as mentioned above.

Well, I have fired my M1-22. I put an el cheapo Tasco red dot on it and took it to my buddy's to sight in.
I was impressed with the way it shot. Actually fairly accurate, both magazines worked good, no jams or misfires. I took it with me on a gopher safari last week and smoked a few gophers with it. Because it is so light, it is noisy, as in the action clunking back and forth.
Bottom line - works good!
