Odd box of ammo

Post by Longview »

Hi Gang. I was given this wedge shaped cardboard box including 20 rounds of 7.62x54r yellow tip (magnetic) ammo. Ammo marked 60 and 35. No guarantee the rounds are original to the box. Just for grins, anybody know anything about the box?

The box is Finnish, dated Jun 26, 1944.

Thanks - My vote was Finnish, but wanted validation.

Yep. And the ammo is captured and re-packed Soviet HB.
