Marks on top of receiver ?
Can anyone inform what the dots mean on top of the receivers. Some have one dot, some have two--or more? Thanks, Hoppes

If they were on the side of the receiver and it were Finnish I would say it was an early Rockwell type hardness test the Finn's did on oilder hex receivers but I don't ever remember the Russians doing that. Bill
