Hello all, I need your help! what would be the best book on this subject?? For the longest time I stayed away from buying one of these guns because of the ongoing controversy of what is real and what is not. I finally broke down last Friday and got one from Samco (Tula) I posted earlier this week end the fact that the rifle came with what appeared to an aluminum scope and was still in the white with no finish at all. One of the guy's was nice enough to direct me to a post that listed pu scopes and photos, there I found the scope.
As far as the rest of the rifle, it is all matching including the scope number on the receiver and has the C H mark on the top of the receiver. I would like to get a book that will help identify all these markings. I want to know is this Tula 1944 is legit or what.....
