Not that I have ever seen, and believe me I have looked for years. You have to buy the 20 rd boxes so online is your best bet, and if you buy 5 or more boxes the shipping is a little better to justify. Good luck.

I think the question was softpoint in bulk? I was thinking like in a spam can?

Spam can is military surplus type. Soft point is hunting ammo. You can also find FMJ with lead core if you just need no steel core.
