Albanian.
You'll get some split cases but shooting it in a Mosin will be fine.

Hell, those look good for Albanian ammo. Like Troy says... "Choot 'em!!"
Build a man a fire and he'll be warm for the night. Set a man ON fire and he'll be warm for the rest of his life!

The Brass in the Albanian stuff is very brittle and when being manufactured results in those folds you see and when shot will sometimes split at those folds or others you can not see. If you are just making the first shots with a new rifle do not chose a shell with those folds as the first shell you shoot out of the rifle. When shooting the first few shots out of a new to you rifle you should inspect the fired casings closely for just what you are seeing there and make sure they are not there if possible. Now sometimes I have noticed I will get a bunch of ammo that gives me frequent cracks or folds after shooting like that so I will change ammo to double check I don't have a chamber issue. I have several rifles that will leave a distinctive mark on every shell like that and it has been each and every time the result of a chamber reamer being run into the metal on the neck area of the chamber. Those rifles will usually not shoot great but are generally shootable, you will however not enjoy shooting them as they will frustrate you with their lack of accuracy.
It seems as I go along here and shoot my way through supplies of different surplus each and every group will have certain idiosyncrasies that I will have to learn to live with. I guess in wartime they figured as long as it goes bang the poor old ground pounder would not complain?
