Walmart .22 score!

Post by Mike »

The delivery truck came in early so they put the .22 out tonight. You know that is going to piss off the resellers when they start lining up at 5am. :chuckles: They had two cases of this stuff, my wife and I bought 3 boxes each.

Good deal!

This is the first time I have seen .22 bulk in over a year.

Mike, I saw the gun show opportunists selling these for about 38-40 bucks each! How much were they at Walmart?

Good score Mike. The girl at my Wal-Mart was putting it out at random days and time, but she said the Manager told her that she couldn't do that, and that she had to put it out when it came in. Sounds fishy to me why would he not want to give every one a chance. It's not like he is not going to loose out on a sale. It will be sold only hopefully to some one who needs it.

I stumbled into (3) 550rd Federal boxes at my local Walmart last Friday morning for about $23.50 each. It's the first time in over a year that I've been able to get more than (3) 100rd boxes of Winchester or CCI & even those times have been pretty rare. It definitely made my day & more than makes up for the seemingly endless times I've walked in there and seen nothing but empty slots in the .22LR area.

Isn't that the truth. That was a good find.
