select fire Yugo M59/66

Post by howiebearse »

here is a hard to find Yugo sks M59/66 that was field modified to use 30 rd special made ak mags and a full auto switch modification. The mags were made specially for these conversions and the receivers were made to fit the magazine and hold it using the original 10rd mag catch. The bolts were ground down to pass through the magazine and pick up a cartridge. The guns were imported after the magazines were removed and the trigger groups were replaced with standard ones. The 10 rd magazine re installed, and most of the data plates were removed . I got the magazine for it a year later when a good friend from Gunboards saw it and recognised it being the one that belonged with my gun .

That's simply amazing. She looks the part too. I take it there was a lever in the extra groove and this it swung over the R and J?

Very impressive Howie.

Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
