M91 bayonet value

Post by IvanIvanovich »

Sorry, no pics. Didn't have my phone. What is the ballpark value if an intact M91 bayonet in good shape? A range will do. He was asking $70, but will sell for $50 as I'm a repeat customer.

Pat burns had them for 50 bucks for a while on her sight and you had to pay shipping with that so I would say 50 bucks is a fair deal.
That is for a real m91 bayo and not a m91/30 bayonet.

Yes, it is M91. I have 91/30 bayonets (many) and it was beside a 91/30 in the case to compare the two. Will this fit my Finned M91?

Buy it, no on the Finn unless it still has the Russian front sight blade, the Finn replacements are taller and the ring will not clear.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

Resize them down to 640x480 and then try them, they will not load if larger. I just link from photobucket, it easier, no resizing.

M91 bayonets have been $50 to $70 since Burns has had them. The M91 bayonet has only a metal ring with a screw through the ring to hold it on. The 91/30 bayonet is shorter and has sprung push latch to hold it on. I sell them for $15 and no I will not ship. Bill

The link was to a regular 91/30 bayonet, these are the ones that are supposed to be provided with the refurbs, sometimes they are, and sometimes they end up on eBay.

The pics are a little grainy. I had to crop them heavily to get them to upload to Photobucket. This seems to clear the front sight and does not touch but does get tight at that point. It is the interior diameter that makes it tight. I traded a common 91/30 refurb bayonet and $30 cash for it. The 91/30 bayonet was free, so..........$30 Any ideas on these markings?

I found the Ishevsk mark, so now I know the arsenal. What are the other marks?
