Ithaca M87 18" pump

Post by milmike »

I found and bought a 1990 safe queen at CABELAS. This girls is in great shape. I gave 475 for it. Is that a fair price or did I let my want take over? Will post photos soon.

Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

I like Ithacas, well made and the bottom eject for the shells is a real plus. Is your barrel marked Ithaca NY or King Ferry NY?

Good deal, though I personally like the older Ithaca, NY, made ones. Matches my grandfather clock.

I have an old Ithaca Model 37 Featherlight that was my fathers squirrel gun for as long as I can remember. It still cycles and shoots great, wouldn't trade it for anything.

Thank you, this to me is what a shot gun should be. And it kicks like a mule with three inch 00 buck. I enjoy having it and shooting it.

Oh heck yeah. These model 87's and 37's have a real following of loyal owners that swear by them. I would love to find one some day.
