Figure OO and Martin08 will really like this pic. It's from my go to guy for high quality Russian SKSs. The crates make nice coffee tables too.

You fellows up north get some nice rifles, but at the end of the day, I'll take the gunlaws here in good old Kentucky over those just about anywhere else on the planet. I think they have more guns in Yemen than we do here.

I saw the title and thought who owns guns in Mexico, besides anyone involved with Fast and Furious. Hope that's not too political. That's a nice little pile to dig through.

That picture is of days gone by here in the States. It's been since 1993 that we had crate after crate of Russian and Chinese SKS's.
Buy 'em up now, Woodbeef. Someday the flow will ebb to a trickle, and your $169 Simonovs will be $4-500 on the secondary market.

I remember a gun show scene similar to that where a dealer had brought in crates and opened them up like that and they were selling like hotcakes. They sure weren't Russians though. They were the Yugo 59/66 that we see now days.

Invade Canada? I don't think so, cold enough here as it is
They were refurbed same way as the Mosins and packed in the same sort of crates.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

I'd like to have one of those crates. Any problem finding one up in Canada and having it shipped across the border?

It may require a special pest control treatment of the wood before entering the US. Been lots of problems with wood crossing borders.Drago wrote:I'd like to have one of those crates. Any problem finding one up in Canada and having it shipped across the border?

I Thing our government is concerned that the wood on all those stocks might get Outlaw desease. And then no one else would have a chance to catch the desease.
