If this is your first one I wouldn't go for anything too special seeing as you are probably going to shoot it fairly often (If you are like me). My first one was when cabelas just grabbed a random box and you got what you got. Now they are all on a big rack.

That's right. For the first one, just start touching them. Buy the one that sends a warm tingle up your arm.

:welcome3: You have found an excellent place to land. This is my favorite place to learn about the Mosin Nagant rifles and carbines. Friendly bunch too! :toast:

Have you ever shot one ? I will be going to the Hernando Sportsmen Club Shooting range in Brooksville on 19 either this Thursday or Friday , You are more then welcome to shoot one or two or three, I will be bringing a 91/30,M44 and M38. You don't have to be a member 14 bucks and you can shoot all day. If interested let me know via PM or a post here.

Be forewarned they are addictive and I personally in the year since I became addicted passed it on to two other people. The count is up to 8 Mosin's 4 91/30's, 2 M44's and 2 M38's. That is not counting the 3 that I gave to my Son in Law which was 1 of each.

:spam2: NO I did not invite you with the intent of selling you one of mine. :spam2:
