My Swiss K-31 from AIM

Post by jaytex1969 »

As promised. Finally tracked down the camera charger....

I bought the beech stocked K-31 from AIM Surplus and sprung the extra $10 for the hand select.

I'm as happy as can be without a range trip. Ammo arrived today and weather is headed south... :vsad:

Bluing is perfect until you get to the front sight, which is 75-80%.

Wood is solid with character but no real damage.

Bore, crown and trigger are excellent.

There's a troop tag, but I forgot to photograph it.

Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft.

If you think it's nice now, wait until you shoot it.
