Re: 1959 ROMANIAN SKS
I made liver and onions a couple of weeks ago. I found some thin sliced, frozen beef liver and it looked like it would be really good. I hadn't used frozen before. Long story short, it was as nasty as most "non-liver lovers" think about liver in general. The dog ate well that night. I stopped the next evening and bought fresh liver from the meat section, carmelized some onions with it and yeah, it was good

Re: 1959 ROMANIAN SKS
Boss ate that liver raw, and it seems Sorrell Booke came up with that idea for the Boss character himself as he pretty much invented Boss as he went along, padded suit and all. He ate the liver for real but it was only used in the pilot episode, after that Boss went for Hog Jowls, and fried chicken, I wonder why?
Hard to believe we lost Boss in '94
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

You guys want the best liver you'll ever eat find some bison or moose liver. It'll melt in your mouth. Nothin better than liver and eggs for breakfast, especially with biscuits and gravy!

About three miles from here, a guy has a herd of probably 200+ Buffalo grazing the hills and valley. He has his own Butcher shop
where you can go in and buy Buffalo.Going to have to see if he has any liver. I love Liver and Onions!

I'm gonna stop in and see what all he has. As long as Bama has not been there with his cosmo aroma.
