Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Ha ha, it says the delivery driver is missing. I'm sure he is after delivering the wrong safe to the bad guys. I bet he is buried in the other safe :big shock:

"Lenhart reportedly said the Conway, Inc. truck driver who ferried the drug-stuffed vault across the border is now missing – and investigators have no leads on either his whereabouts or from where the drugs originated".

He might turn up eventually... In a ditch or river.

Knowing a bit about safe construction and drug sniffing dogs I kind of think the box and safe would have leaked enough of the smell for the dog to pick it up. Those critters are quite good at picking things up and the safe will always have a small hole for a heater cord to be installed in it, even with the card board box covering I bet that dog would pick it up! That is one deliveryman that has a bunch of regrets I bet! Bill

“Not only are we looking for him,” Lenhart told ABC News, “but the bad guys are, too.”

I think they may have found him first!

Makes you wonder, five bales reported, but were there six? We will never know.

The story said ten. I would have reported 5.
