Ah! A fellow 1915 PTG! Although, yours has a smaller number than mine (which is is a wee bit over 222000). I absolutely love my PTG ... it's my favorite to take to the range!

BTW, all of them are very nice!

On Facebook? Check out the non-sporter preservationist group at: OOOPS. Deleted by Facebook because it's evil to even discuss collectible firearms on social media these days.

That's an awesome collection you've amassed in short order. Very envious guy over here, keep up the great work.

I shot his PTG as well. Nice shooter.

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Very nice.

Almost as pretty as my collection. 8-)

In al seriousness, I am jealous of the M38's. I still need to get my grubby hands on one and an American M91.

Why wouldn't you fire yours? It will impress your "neighbors" there at the range. :wink: I absolutely love plinking with mine! I take my 1917 Sestroryetsk too ... along with my 1927 ex-Dragoon.

millman, I need to give you a shout and go plinking with ya!

I had to buy a donor stock before I take my PTG to the range. Dave, you have seen the stock on my 1916 SCW PTG. You know there is no way and hell I would risk damaging that stock with all those old field repairs with a trip to the range. ;mywink;
