Cleanings easy cut the head off slice from there ass to the neck pull the guts out and prep em how ever you want take a nice sharp fillet knife and cut some fillets or cut em into steaks

Since I've been sick today unfortunately I didn't get to help with the cleaning. My dad did it and sent me a couple pics before he started.
Here was the haul. We probably could have caught more but I didn't want to take more than we needed and more than we could carry haha

I always skinned catfish. After I gut them I drove a 20 penny spike through their head then cut around the head and pulled off the skin from head to tail.
