Right back at you JYD.

And to the Admins, Mods and Members of RMNF, may the coming year be full of informative, helpful fun. I know that in the four short months that I've been here, it has become more than apparent that a fine budding internet community is starting to bloom. May the growing pains develop to maturity.

Also! Try googling "mosin nagant forum". You might be surprised who is on top! 2012 is looking up.
No words of wisdom come to mind at this time....

Happy New Year to all! My resolution to myself is to work on my health situation! Another words I need to get off my fat butt and workout and exercise more than a bit! There I said it! Now if I can just do it? I have enjoyed my visits here a whole lot more than other places I go to and find the people very forgiving in dealing with my old eyes and computer ways I am deficient in. Dam if I am not finding I need a lot of understanding in my old age :redfaced: and I appreciate all that you folks have given me. Hey I will try to keep on keeping on and enjoy you all and try to help if I feel I can. Joy and Blessings of the New Year to all of You! Bill The Old Mountaineer

Happy New Year all!

Thanks for putting up with me for the last month. Just think, now there's a whole year of it to look forward to

It has been nothing short of amazing being part of this and getting to know you all at least in some way. Never have I seen a forum where EVERYONE is a step above the rest. It may be about a gun and it may be about the history, but you all bring it alive and keep it alive every day!

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year everybody. Be safe tonight.
“Freedom is the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.” George Orwell, English novelist, essayist, and critic, 1903-1950

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

The neighborhood is starting to get antsy in anticipation of 12:00. I hear a few rounds going off now and then already. I would never do it, but I would love to step outside and silence them with a 7.62X54r celebratory shockwave and festive fireball :)
