I feel blessed

I recently purchased my first Mosin, four Mosins actually. I love the look, functionality, and history of this rifle. When my friend opened the crate I felt like a kid on Christmas morning. I admit, I felt somewhat guilty in getting to pick out the best in the shipment, but I console myself in knowing that they will be preserved and unaltered in my care. They are all matching numbers, including the bayonets. I have a strong feeling this will not be the last Mosin purchase for me.

Here are a few details of the 1933 Tula. It appears that the magazine floor plate may have been force matched

The serial numbers on the Soviet refurbs are all force matched line out or no, matched to the barrel number.

You have a solid dose of the sickness... next you will find yourself buying a Finn rifle and then you will be written off as lost forever to Mosinitis!!!
