My small black powder collection
My small black powder collection
I only have a few black powder guns that I purchased over 20 years ago. I still like to shoot them occasionally.

Hey another 1851 Navy! That is 2 in the last few minutes. It's a sign. Yeah that's what it is. A sign. It is saying "Russell you need a 1851 Navy".
Wolf, you have a nice collection.

Most definately!
Re: My small black powder collection
Hmm. I have an 1851 Navy, though it is retired. I had the Traditions sawhandle .50, and I had a .22 Short version of the Theur derringer. Sold both of those some years back. I would like to get a deuling pistol like that one, that's cool.
Whoops, forgot, I have another 1851 Navy, a .36. It is a true five-shot; one of the chambers is drilled way off center-so much so it is unuseable. I pulled the nipple off it, and that is my 'rest it on the empty' chamber.
Overall, cool collection. Wolfstein!

I can't find it at that price, all I see is 219, which one did you get? Sure is a nice looking pistol for those prices though.ponycarman wrote:Cabela's is having a sale on them

I pm'ed you the link to the pistol I ordered. The final price will depend on shipping and if you have sales tax.

Quality control on some of the earlier Italian imports could be problematic.entropy wrote:Hmm. I have an 1851 Navy, though it is retired.
