Best Mosin to use on a Drone
Re: Best Mosin to use on a Drone
You know darn well they are gonna use them too. Maybe just to see how the people take it.

Right, Desdem, and we will be seeing lots more of this behavior....
What is the only difference between the US citizens and the poor social democratically nose-led Europeans and other Nations governed by the same kind of corrupt wealthspreaders like we are??
It is the Constitution and the Amendments plus 80 Million citizens with all kind of arms here in the US. They know they cannot touch us on our ground to pull us down to their level of social equality, so they put UN pressure on our government to do that job.
The Attorney General coming up with such a statement is the "writing on the wall", the tip of the iceberg! The more people you can give handouts to and and lull with "more" promises, the more votes you ave secured. History seems to repeat itself.

Re: Best Mosin to use on a Drone
So, anybody think the North Koreans have the balls to attack us in South Korea, or do you think they have smuggled a bomb into the US? The little fat f*** new minted great leader of theirs is running his mouth pretty good once he found out the new rules would cut off his race cars, western booze and porn.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

Re: Best Mosin to use on a Drone
I think that 'over-fed, inbred A-hole' is EXACTLY dumb enough to do just that JYD.........I think the North Korean leadership is so out of balance that anything is possible
.........on the other hand its nice to know that Atty Gen Holder now says he won't use drone strikes on forum members.......not that I trust HIM either

Re: Best Mosin to use on a Drone
Ok; I wasn't going to do it, but I'll weigh in on all this with two simple statements:
1. Drone strikes: If the US ever does decide to use them on our citizens, God help us, because you won't see them and they have a helluva lot more firepower than you. I hope this never happens and I have to believe that as long as we are a democratic society, we must assume we are relatively safe from our own government and and would not be tried, convicted and condemned to violent explosive death without due process. If that inalienable right has been taken from us, then all bets are off and we will be in anarchy and chaos.
2. North Korea: Every time these morons get a new leader, they have to fling the rhetoric with maddening regularity so that some radical idiots around the world might believe it. They could not hit a bull in the butt with a bass fidle with their Taepo Dong missles and non-existent nuclear warheads. Even if they attacked the US directly, they have to know that we would respond with a retaliatory strike so devastating as to end their little Commie experiment. The same goes for Iran. What we have to be worried about is the threat of terroist nuclear attack that will come with little or no warning as a result of these countries collaborating with their newly found nuclear technology. The attack from an unknown source with no option for massive retaliation on our part is the real threat in the 21st century. What good is your nuclear deterrent if you don't have a cold war-type adversary? How I long for the good old days of the USA vs. USSR. Things were much simpler in some respects.
Take these comments for what they are worth from an Air Force "Cold War" veteran.

For the life of me, I can't figure out why the Attorney General would make public statements like that, which are bound to piss off the citizenry. Even the die hard ibs and Obama fan site denizens can't be happy about Holder's remarks. What's his point?

Flame thrower. As long as that little bugger is not overhead. If so, my son is good with a shotgun.TopperT wrote:I saw in the news tonight that our Atty General Eric Holder has not ruled out using Drone Attacks on American soil againt Americans.
This made me consider that similar issues faced many who carried a Mosin Nagant into battle.......so, I wondered:![]()
Lets see your faced with a flying object (drone, saucer, Bi-plane etc) and all you have to defend your personal "airspace" is a trusty Mosin Nagant........which one do you go to?
I'm thinking my best shooter is a '41 SAKO, but I do like the lond barrel of my '42 TIKA M91........naw, I'm going with the SAKO. What about you?

Testing the water in more than one direction is my answer.
There is information on the net on what is the agenda behind what we see or are told..... try and google newsmax.com or so and change your underwear......what they prognose until 2016 will kick you in the groin , make you throw up forwards or backwards. If only 33% comes true, were are in the s..t bucket already....
Why do you think I got so aggressive in my post further up? Having to read what this soft noodle in DC spoke out did not make me happy at all....although, used to what they cook up in Sacramento , that's not an IOTA better. And still there are people that cannot read the writing on the wall.......enough of this. Tomorrow I'll go out with 2 of my friends to a special long range allowing 700 yard shots, we have 10 boxes of 200gr ammo....I hope we have no wind!
So much for the Mosin long range Drone shooting

I am investing in a high powered gamma bomb in the hopes it will turn me into a hulk like rage monster that is stronger than anything that lives.....well it worked in the comics anyway

You can make them with a home chemistry set from North Korea.

Re: Best Mosin to use on a Drone
I don't worry much about North Korea. I think it's a lot of postuting. I blame slick Willy because he bought Kim Jong Ill off everytime the little turd started to make noise. Now his son believes if he threatens enough he will get sanctions removed and maybe some extras thrown in if he acts crazy enough. I worry about the middle eastern nations a lot more because they believe there is a great reward for dying in battle against the western forces. They don't have the same interest in self preservation that has always kept the world out of nuclear conflict.

Winds up to 35mpH prevented the drop....
We were good on 200 to 300, but farther the wind was a prob. Try agn w/o wind we will.
As to HOSHO's last comment:
Religion and wrong interpretation of old scripts has already caused lots of wars on this planet. Like Karl Marx said "Religion is the opium of the People", I would like to say "Today's" Democracy is the cheap Pot for the social system lazers sucker uppers . I hope they are able to pay, when that is called for, inevitably.
As 911 showed, nobody can protect us from that...., but our 80 Million armed citizens make them think first, bomb/shoot later. The number of virgins in their heaven is limited to the "rightful" , not the killers. They have not understood that, yet, although most powerful Imams have warned them about the misinterpretation of the Koran.
There is no noble cause in today's mideastern terrorism and they know it, it is just hate ....deep down in the gut, having built up over hundreds of years since they lost Spain, and all the other colonies on the Mediterranean.
Can we use RPG's on Drones, with heat seeking devices, maybe? Venezuela may want to sell some?
Like the Constitution, the Koran is outspoken and not subject to anyone's interpretation!!

The "die hard libs" and "Obama fan site denizens" are probably happy with it since they are secure in their belief that the police won't let their homes be invaded by criminals and their neighborhoods will never be a target for drones. They are just too upper class for that sort of thing.audadvnc wrote:For the life of me, I can't figure out why the Attorney General would make public statements like that, which are bound to piss off the citizenry.
