Thanks. That's why when the Marine Corps tells me I have to move again. I'm going to retire.

You look a little young to be retired :)

I have a friend who finished 20 in the Navy back in '07, he thinks he is retired and not yet fifty, he can squeeze a nickle until the buffalo shits, more ways of economozing to live on that pension of his than a man of 70. Hates the idea of work, has a room in his brothers house, drives a car with 400,000 miles on it, sooner or later he will be back at work.

He ate his weight in food an hour before this, the man can eat like that six times a day, that's were most of his money goes. When he was on the Ike they were in NY port having a family visit day, he took his folks on a tour, when they got to the mess hall he used all the guys serving knew his name, nobody else got called by name, but him, thousands of guys on that ship.

Got to keep busy, seen it too many times, A guy works all his life, then retires, moves to Florida, buys a loud shirt and Bermuda shorts, hangs around the pool all day until the early bird special at the local eatery. Dead in six months or less of a massive coronary.

Not enough hours in the day since I retired, and that includes the time I spent getting a bone marrow transplant.
