I just saw one on Texas Gun Trader. He was a little low...only $250. But you got 100 rounds.

Re: Where did all the 91/30's go??
The 91/30 is for now dried up. I believe Copes & Liberty Tree both have some, but expect them to go unavailable soon just like the M38 & M44 did a few years ago. If you recall you could get an M38 for about $99 when they dried up altogether. Now you see none save for an occasional local or Gunbroker sale. M44's were $99 or so & dried up then too. SOG brought them back at $179 & now they fetch Around $200.
And of course the latest dry spell will soon be the 91/30 which is in the slightly North of $100 region right now. Expect them to dry up altogether for a while. When they come back expect the new price to be starting at $150 through the likes of AIM & such.
Over time they will completely dry up with no more imports left. Then expect to pay.

Still a good price for a refurbished .30 military bolt rifle, just more than we are used to paying.

True. Consider the prices posted by the mosineer forum members from Australia and New Zealand!Junk Yard Dog wrote:Still a good price for a refurbished .30 military bolt rifle, just more than we are used to paying.

Re: Where did all the 91/30's go??
We still see them in VA at shows. I think people leave the cool odd ones for me because as one guy said at the last show "you should never pay more than 120.00 for a Mosin".

"There are hundreds of millions of gun owners in this country, and not one of them will have an accident today. The only misuse of guns comes in environments where there are drugs, alcohol, bad parents, and undisciplined children. Period."

I know locally mosins are still around but look for them. There are a few deals I have found but I have run out of cash.
The gun show in this area have had 91/30 but the $200-250 was their normal price range.
