Rear sight movement
I have my front post dialed in (close enough for a 3 shot group @ 1.5" in the head of a silloette target @ 100 yrds) only problem I m having is the rear sight "creeps" up due to the recoil. Is there any way to tighten the rear sight so it will not move unless I want it to do so?

Re: Rear sight movement
The rear sight should have detents in it to keep it from creeping up. The slide should not move unless you push the buttons on the side of the slide.

Duck tape.
Hey, if it had been available in 1943, I'm sure the Russians would have used it.

The sight is in the notch but I guess consdiering this thing is a shoulder fired cannon I should expect it to move. Hummm duct tape, you may be on to something. I was trying to find out if there is a way of tighting the spring inside the rear sight, if not I will just recheck after every shot...back to loading stripper clips!
Re: Rear sight movement
You can order a new sight or i think you can order the spring by itself. Check numrich or sarco.

Re: Rear sight movement
Think I figured it out...removed the rear sight bar and dis assembled the sring loaded slide, after streatching the springs a little I took a look at the notches on the bottom of the slide and compared them to the locks and it appears that the locking portion of the slide was assembled upside down. I turned the locks over and the bar locks in place nice and tight. Looks like I will be going to the range tomorrow morning and test it out. Damn the luck LOL!

I'm glad you got it figured out. You're right, these things are shoulder fired cannons. Mine needed a few tweeks here and there after 15 rounds too, but I got it all worked out. Damn gun wanted to tear itself apart!
Good luck...
Cocked, locked and ready to rock...
