Polish Mauser Wz31

Post by BuckeyeSgt »

So I've been watching this rifle in an online ad for a while. He started out at $1100, and I've been watching it drop for a while. I grabbed it at $250. It is a single shot .22 pretty close to the Wz48. All the parts match. 1933 Radom. I thought the finnish on it was a little goofy but from what I have read this was original. I am still reading up on these, not much info out there.

WOWOWOWOW that is really nice. I wasn't sure what it looked like but that looks great. Has the KAR98 frontsight and even a bayo lug. What a great deal too. I did a little more reading and these go for around 800-1100. :beek: :beek: :vcool: :vcool: :vcool: :vcool:

:beek: I didn't think to look there. That place has never been one to shy from a high price. I would think the 98 trainers would cost more but i guess you have the top of the line. For me i would love to have one of those vetterli 22 trainers.

That is one nice rifle, a little on the pricey side for me but I'm not that into 22's

I'm still trying to figure out if this was the deal of the year. Found some info but none listed on other forums.

It's not the deal of the year until the years over, you never know what might yet come along :)

That is one sweet .22 you got there, and what a deal. My Granny allway's said good things com to those that wait.

I like .22s They are fun to shoot and and cheep. I am going to the range Friday to shoot a couple of .22s
that I got a couple of weeks ago, One is a Marlin 60 and the other is a Mossberg 46 MB. The 46 needed some
parts and was given to me I think I have it fixed and will find out Friday. And then I am going home and clean.

Well I have found 4 that sold a couple of years ago. Anywhere from $700 to 1100. The only two I can find for sale now are in the $2000 range but haven't sold. Already had an offer to "take it off my hands" type of thing. Two RGUNs snipers and maybe I can let it go.
