I will quit boring you guys with my new JW 15, bolt action .22, but first:
I took the rifle to the range to do the final dial-in of the scope. I had forgotten that I had a box of Super Colibri that I had used a while back in a .22 revolver when I wanted to shoot quietly. After tuning the scope I started shooting the Colobri. It was bright outside and I realized that I could see the rounds headed down-range in their flight path. I was happy as a kid at Christmas playing with the stuff. I can tell you right now, these rounds are squirrley; I was getting about a 8" spread at 50 yards with them. One would twist down and left, the next center, the next down right and you could watch the whole thing.
If you aren't familiar with the Aguila Super Colobri, it is a .22 long rifle cartridge with no powder, and a 20 gr bullet. The bullet is propelled only by the primer in the .22 shell. They are quiet, and I mean no explosive noise, all you hear is the action working. They are much quiter than my pellet gun.
As far as the final results with he JW 15 and the Bushnell 4 x 32 fixed scope, I was consistantly placing five rounds in a quarter size target at 50 yards.

I love my JW 15, found it to be a very accurate rifle. If you need a magazine, the originals will run anywhere from 65 to 80bucks, the CZ 452 .22lr will fit, work and feed correctly. they are available in 5 or 10 shot versions for less money.
Here is my original Norinco mag with a CZ452 5 round magazine. I now have a few of the CZ mags and all have functioned flawless.

Sounds like a parlor round, I might have to get me some of that and check it out
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

I did get the magazine for a CZ-452 for $40.00 shipped; ten dollars less than I paid for the rifle......BuckeyeSgt wrote:Sounds like fun. Did you get that mag for it?
The gunsmith warned that I may have to sand or file on the mag to make it fit smoothly, but no alteration was necessary. I am now wondering about the 10 round plastic magaines I saw on Cheaper Than Dirt's site.
I fitted another of the Bushnell 4 x 3 rimfire scopes on my Winchester 190 and did some accuracy comparison after I dialed both in. The JW 15 shot much tighter groups with the same ammo and same bench set-up, and the 190 is not a bad rifle.
