I'll always knew about the 91/30 Mosins, and I always saw it as the ugly $90 crate rifle. When I was introduced to the Finn m39 I knew immediately it was an upgrade, but couldn't pinpoint it until my friend listed the upgrades.

That is such a great looking war horse. You always have such great looking photos and capturing "the look" of the Finn rifles.

Picked this up yesterday to bring it back back to life. The rifle has excellent bore that shines like a mirror and the action is butter smooth. But as you can see this rifle is in a m27 popsickle stick stock, and someone had redone the stock with like a shilack. Luckily Ive located a nice m28 stock ...
