Re: Ordered a Omega T53 for $99 shipped
Ok here's the second one as it came, quite a bit of rust, stock not as good as the first but has a few different things....sling slots have rings and this has a odd date, 1954.8, but it should turn out just fine after some TLC. M16 furniture
Ok I am trying to get some recommendations on some AR furniture for an AR 15 with a basic 16@ barrel, want it to be like the M16 style when it's all said and done. Basic black solid non adjustable butt and the triangle style handgaurd. I see some stuff available but it's for the 20" barrel, I k...

Re: 8x56r
Are the materials to reload this caliber fairly easy to come by, brass, projectiles and such ?

Re: 8x56r
This is what I'm seeing out there too...isn't a lot of choices and what is available is not cheap about $1.00 per round. Yep it's time to get a reloader.

Re: Nagant Revolver
Yeah I saw some about 6/8 months ago for about $300 but wasn't ready then...my wife's gonna kill me eventually, I still have the Chinese Mauser coming, now another T53 then the revolver, and to top that off a 1911 Italian captured M95 Style carbine in about 4 weeks or so, I guess I'll have to use my...

Re: Ordered a Omega T53 for $99 shipped
I too ordered another T53 but I called and asked him to put one aside so it should ship out tomorrow or Wednesday, I have one of the mausers on hold as well. On another note, from somewhere else I have a Nagant revolver coming in a couple of weeks and after that an Italian captured M95 style carbine...

Nagant Revolver
Well after searching for a while and not having much luck I finally located something that I've been wanting to add to my collection for a while now, a M1895 nagant revolver....it's a 1941 Tula that looks like brand new almost, putting a down payment on it and probably will take about 6 weeks to pay...

It is sold at sportsman guide and is in an unlabeled (mfr) green box made in Romania, if you wanna check it out and look at the questions other customers have asked about it.

Re: JS 8mm Mauser ammo
Well I'm still confused, reading the questions from potential customers to the company's site and answered by the what seems to be the firearm guy there says it will not work, for any Yugo made types and specifically says no to the 24/47, so now what...how can I get confirmation?

JS 8mm Mauser ammo
Need some info about some ammo...found some ammo on line for 8mm Mauser at a pretty good price, but it says it is JS 8mm ammo, I'm getting conflicting reports from what I read on line...some say standard 8mm ammo is JS type, others say it will not work in a Yugo type Mauser, I have a 24/47. I see it...

Re: Lacquered case ammo?
I use laquered cased ammo all of the time, I avoided it at first based on the stories I heard until I read something from the owner at Barnul that makes a lot of the Russian ammo out there. Stories are that the lawyer on the cases gets hit and transfers to the chamber causing a buildup that's hard t...
