Most folks don’t understand how the federal court system works-Supreme Court won’t generally hear a case unless the circuit courts are not in agreement on that matter of law. Folks in California May become wary of appealing certain anti-gun defeats if they are unlikely to prevail as that could esta...

This is a proposal to establish what is essentially a national firearms registry database. No good can come from that...... That’s basically what this is. Of course, once a gun hits the secondary market, the information that BATFE has becomes pretty much useless. This is true.......until they succe...

Wasn't aware you had to renew in AZ, they instituted that here in NY with the passing of the SAFE act after decades of permits being perpetual (in most counties). The first renewals were due end of June here....it appears a lot of folks did not renew (or 'forgot" in protest), we're waiting to s...

Just ran the bill on the Arizona State Legislature website: Bill passed the Senate but not without major changes: all of the Red Flag Law provisions were removed, no universal background checks for private sales and the bill has no chance of passing the House of Representatives. After the Senate pa...

Folks are gearing up to fight the red flag law in its current form. It won’t survive the first review by an appellate court in its current form. Man, I hope you're right. I lost all faith when the 2nd Circuit upheld the NY SAFE Act, Judge Skretny quoting an opinion piece from Mother Jones in suppor...

That ain’t worth two squirts of tomcat’s piss. The US is the most dominate nation on the planet because of things like the 2A that were factored in by the founding fathers. I understand where you're coming from but this stuff is coming to a state near you and the shit is getting real. Please stop b...

Friese represents a minority-Tucson. Southern Arizona is an outlier, extremely liberal. All the idiotic anti-gun ideas originate from Tucson and get shot down at the state level. None of those measures stand a chance at passing and the Democrats know it. Phoenix is pretty equally split theee ways b...

Transferred all my balances and accounts from Citi and closed everything out.

Gonna need a pic please......

Mitchells heritage aside it looks like a normal M48 without any Mitchells...improvement's. This ^ I bought several of these from SOG when they had them a while back for less than $300 a piece (based on JYD's sage advice of these being the "last of the reasonably priced milsurps"). Your's ...

Definitely leaning towards it now. A friend has a contact in Switzerland trying to find one but I have no idea what the price range would be or if he’ll even find one. From my research, the K11 and K31 sights differ in that the K11 is graduated from 300-1500 meters while the K31 is 100-1500 meters....

I do contact my reps on every gun bill, however futile it may be...just to make my voice heard. Sadly, when your rep is the current democrat Senate Minority Leader, you're opinion falls on deaf ears.

steelbuttplate wrote: Who sponsored this bullshit? Kinda looks like they already had it written up, waiting for the right time to use it.

Original author: Rep. David Cicilline, D-R.I.

Currently 150+ Dem's signed as co-sponsors.

Here is the link to the text of the proposed bill. Contact your Representative today and tell them why you do not support the proposed bill and why it should not be passed. https://cicilline.house.gov/sites/cicilline.house.gov/files/images/Assault_Weapons_Ban_of_2018.pdf I have contacted my Represe...

I'll just leave this here..... http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/house-democrats-introduce-bill-prohibiting-sale-of-semi-automatic-weapons/article/2650087 "Rep. David Cicilline, D-R.I., announced Monday he is introducing the Assault Weapons Ban of 2018. More than 150 Democrats have signed on in...

Want a suggestion to curtail this type of violence? Stop making pop culture icons out of these assholes! If the press (all of the press and all of social media) refused to publish the name and face of these sickos, taking away the notoriety they seek, that would remove 99% of the reason these indivi...

We're Fucking glade too!! You open your mouth like someone in a war 20 miles back from the front lines. Doing nothing. What are you doing to stop it (other then running from it?). Sorry, I get a little tired of people pulling that BS. Just remember, if it goes through here and is not contested, it ...

KA = "korrosive ammo". I seem to remember some scuttlebutt in the CMP forums about necks splitting but that's only an issue if you reload it. I shoot it, works fine...just don't forget the gas system when you're cleaning up after using this stuff.

Just an update, I put 40 rounds through it on Saturday and loved it as expected. I wasn't very accurate but I was impressed with the gun. Two things I'm doing are getting some stripper clips and a non permanent recoil pad. Shooting it for an hour left a pretty good bruise haha. Don't waste your $ o...
