I know the mercuric fulminate on old caps is corrosive as all get out. But I don't know what's corrosive in the primers on surplus ammo. I just don't know enough about how they work. I don't think that it's likely that you'll find mercuric fulminate in surplus Moisin-Nagant caps. I'm sure some was ...
