The Russian Mosin Nagant Forum

My carry gun is a sig pro 2340 in. 357. Large pistol but I am a large guy.

What an honor it must have been for these modern warriors to spend time and shoot with a true hero. We could learn so much from this quickly diminishing group of "old soldiers"

Did a Tootle search and I keep getting " Bordello" and it sure don't look like no gun.

Really nice looking 1911's.

I mistakenly double ordered the bag from LA Police Gear. Actually a pretty nice bag. I plan on using both. One for pistols and the other for rifles. Also have a super bag I got several years ago from Home Depot. Lots of room and lots of pockets.

Ordered a Sig Pro 2340 from Buds on line. This is a certified used with a 1 year warranty. It is chambered for sig 357. Looking forward to shooting it. Sold my Bersa CC to help pay for it.

Purchased a Yugoslav SKS and in looking to put a sling on it I am not sure where a front swivel would go. The rear is attached to the stock but I did not see where a front one had ever been. Anyone have info on this?

Kermit is right! Get your dad one and get close to him cause even if it was rough when you were younger you will definately miss him when he is gone.

I'm certainly in! Thanks up front for your offer.

Sweet

Oh I don't feel bad ... I am glad I bought it but I would have bought it cheaper last year.. maybe it'll be worth more in a year or so.

Mine was just over 300 out the door. Premium price but it is a sweet carbine. Cant wait to get it home so I can get pictures up.

My kindle fire likes to spell for me so I had to go back and correct the "lice" to photos

Well the iphone is not the best camera out there. Once I get it home there will be better lice.

You are probably right, but I need to save some more money before i can worry about the M44.

You can see that you are not the only spelling challenged member here. Meant to say yugo SKS

Well today I stopped looking for an M44. I was making my rounds of the local pawn shops and found a different carbine. Picked up (actually laid away) a yugo sis in super shape so I now have a carbine.

Been searching pawn shops for an M44 carbine and today I ran across a carbine but it was not an M44. Instead it was a very nice Yugo SKS. I put it on lay away and snapped a few pics with my iphone. This has all matching numbers, very clean bore, rifiling looks great, stock is nice and clean with no ...

Hey Popgun I am in North Carolina. I saw at least a dozen 91/30s at one pawn shop last week but I was wanting to find an M44. I am going to make a round today and see what they have that might be new.

Not bad at all!! Now scoot out a bit farther and keep it up
