What dates are the most desirable for a hex? And what plant?

Hi guys new member from Toronto. I have a bunch of guns but I always wanted a Mosin Nagant and now I have 2 One is a 1924 Hex and the other is a 1942 round receiver. Im totally thrilled and looking forward to learning more on these cool rifles.

Hi guys. I just bought 2 mosin nagants. One is a 1924 Ishevsk hex and the other a 1942 round receiver which has the hammer and sickle and down below the date a small triangle with arrow.
