WTS/WTT- USN 1942 16x Spyglass

USN Spyglass, Quartermaster MK 2 16x Power, Serial number 14588, Hayward, Los Angeles.

Case tag serial # 17468 but 14588 written in grease pencil on the end. Another number written on top but illegible.

Optic is clear but not crystal clear, one spot pictured on the large end. I believe the tape on large end was to prevent rattle.

Glass measures 31-1/4 x 2-7/8.

Missing the upper cradle for the large end(pattern provided) & a hook on the outside.

Normal wear & tear for a 78 years old.
